This group of aquariums is about the biodiversity of the Gulf of St.Lawrence according to the bathymetry (depth). The visitors are led to discover certain species living in the deepest waters of the St. Lawrence River, such as snow crabs and Atlantic cod, up to species evolving near the surface, as such smelts and cunners.

This series of tanks represents the low tide pools found along our rocky shores. You will be able to touch and handle some of the invertebrates which dwell in this coastal habitat. With our guides, you will learn more things on common species such as rock crabs or starfishes and you might discover lesser known species such as limpets or sea cucumbers.
